Our Sunday Schools usually meet on the 2nd 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month.
We all begin our worship together and then children leave just before the first reading, moving into the church hall for about 35 minutes, during the Gospel and Sermon and intercessions.
The children are divided into three groups
- BUBBLES for ages 2 – 5
- SPLASH for ages 6 – 8
- XSTREAM for ages 9-12
Each group takes part in a variety of activities.
The children return to the main service to rejoin their parents or carers during the exchanging of the Peace and all then worship together for the remainder of the service.
Usually held on the first Sunday of the month, we all stay in the church for a shorter Eucharist and this includes a presentation by the children or an interactive sermon that is linked in with the reading and Gospel. The service ends with a lively hymn.
